Steve Wozniak is a well-known name in Silicon Valley. He along with Steve Jobs revolutionized the tech industry when they co-founded Apple. Despite his departure from Apple several years ago, Wozniak managed to stay relevant within the tech community due to his numerous ventures.

The Apple co-founder recently fell ill in Mexico City during his trip to the World Business Forum. Sources told TMZ that Wozniak gave a speech at the forum after which he complained that he was “feeling strange”. His symptoms alarmed his wife who suggested he go to the hospital.

The 73-year-old tech entrepreneur initially resisted the idea of going to the hospital but decided to make the trip after his wife constantly persisted. Currently, Steve is in the E.R. in Mexico City where doctors are diagnosing him.

Wozniak’s team has left for Mexico City to determine the severity of the illness and if he will need to be transported back to the U.S. for further treatment if required. The former Apple boss has been busy in recent weeks and has traveled extensively which could’ve been a contributing factor.
