Legendary rock singer Steven Tyler is facing another legal challenge as a new accuser, Jeanne Bellino, has filed a lawsuit alleging that he sexually assaulted her nearly 50 years ago. Bellino claims the assault occurred in New York City in 1975 when she was just 17 years old.

Bellino’s attorney, Jeff Anderson, revealed to TMZ that they decided to file the lawsuit against Tyler under New York City’s Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which provides a longer window for the statute of limitations. However, even with this extended window, the statute of limitations was set to expire at the end of November.

This lawsuit comes on the heels of a similar case brought by Julia Holcomb, who sued Steven Tyler at the end of the previous year, alleging that she was sexually assaulted by the rockstar in 1973 when she was just 16 years old. Holcomb also claimed that Tyler pressured her to get an abortion.

Jeff Anderson represents both women in their respective cases, and Holcomb and Bellino plan to serve as witnesses for each other’s cases. They aim to establish a pattern of Tyler’s alleged behavior through their testimonies.
