Arissa LeBrock, the daughter of famous actors Steven Seagal and Kelly LeBrock, had to take a step back from professional wrestling after sustaining an injury during her WWE tryout in 2019. That said, her dreams of becoming a professional wrestler were reignited when AEW’s Dustin Rhodes contacted her and offered her a second chance to pursue her passion.
Currently training at the Rhodes Wrestling Academy in Austin, Texas, LeBrock is determined to make her mark at the school’s upcoming showcases. In a recent appearance on Sports Guys Talk Wrestling, Rhodes talked about the progress of LeBrock’s training and expressed his admiration for her parents’ acting work.
Rhodes is confident in LeBrock’s potential and is excited for her to participate in the school’s next showcase, which is scheduled for Sunday, March 26. He emphasized the massive progress that LeBrock has made and predicted that the world would soon be talking about her.
He also expressed his interest in cultivating his own wrestling promotion, with the aim of providing his students with a sustained audience to work in front of.
It’s pretty cool to see their daughter right here live in color,” Rhodes said. “She’s come off of modeling in California and things like that. We’re working with a personal trainer, and she’s trying to get everything — all her ducks in a row. She’s doing a great job, but this is only the beginning for her.[She’s going to] get better and better. Pretty soon the whole world’s going to be talking about Arissa LeBrock.”
Rhodes is well-known for his ability to mold the next generation of wrestling talent, and his teaching ability has been highly praised by other veterans, such as Arn Anderson. With his guidance and support, LeBrock appears to be on the path to achieving her dreams of becoming a professional wrestler. Keep checking back at Thirsty For News for more.
