Conor McGregor is unquestionably one of the most famous fighters in MMA history. He consistently sets pay-per-view records for whatever event he headlines, demonstrating his obvious star power. Moreover, many WWE superstars have had some back-and-forth with him over the last few years. Apparently, McGregor has recently dropped a hint pointing toward the global juggernaut.

Conor McGregor was recently spotted with Ariel Helwani in his studio for an interview for the first time ever. Right after that, Helwani posted a photo on Twitter with McGregor holding the Money in the Bank briefcase and a cryptic message.

“Next stop … ‘Mania? (📸 @DavidGbd).”

Conor McGregor holding a WWE artifact raised some suspicion surrounding his next appearance. Moreover, Helwani’s caption hinting that McGregor’s next stop could be WrestleMania 39 added fuel to the fire.

McGregor has kept himself active in a variety of ways despite being well over a year away from the MMA scene. The Notorious One will make his acting debut in a remake of the 1989 film Road House starring Patrick Swayze.

As mentioned, WWE superstars like Becky Lynch and Brock Lesnar have taken shots at Conor McGregor in the past. This could be the pull that he needed and might lead him to Hollywood, the sight of WrestleMania 39 where his appearance could be a blockbuster in its own right.
