Conor McGregor revealed that he will not be making his return to the UFC as a lightweight. That being said, it’s likely he is returning this year. In fact, McGregor will make his return to the octagon to face Michael Chandler. Before that, they will be coaches on The Ultimate Fighter and now it seems contestants of the show imitated Conor McGregor in a hilarious way.
McGregor and Chandler were recently announced as coaches for the 31st season of The Ultimate Fighter, which began filming several weeks ago. McGregor and Chandler will square off against each other in the octagon following the season finale of the show.
The contestants for the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter have recently tried their hand at impersonating Conor McGregor. It is worth mentioning that ‘The Notorious’ has made a comeback to the UFC as a coach for The Ultimate Fighter 31. The season is set to air from May 30, but filming for the show has already commenced.
During a recent interview with The Schmo, several participants of TUF 31 were requested to impersonate Conor McGregor. Mando Gutierrez was the first to attempt to imitate the Irishman. He ended up saying one of McGregor’s more popular dialogues, which people approved of.
”Closed fists, its all about the trajectory. The trajectory and the aim you hit them right in the nose.”
Later on in the video, Nate Jennerman resurrected Conor McGregor’s infamous line aimed at Jeremy Stephens during the UFC 205 press conference. Needless to say, fans liked what they saw.
