Seth Rogen is pulling a brand new movie out of his shell, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. The heavily popular series is all set to receive a new makeover under Rogen’s production. To our surprise, he has now unveiled the cast of the movie.

At the recent Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, the voice casting news for the new TMNT movie was revealed. Micah Abbey (Donatello), Shamon Brown Jr. (Michelangelo), Nicolas Cantu (Leonardo), and Brady Noon (Raphael) will voice the protagonists. It also includes even bigger names in names Paul Rudd, Rose Byrne, John Cena, Jackie Chan, Ice Cube, Maya Rudolph, Hannibal Buress, Giancarlo Esposito, Post Malone, and more.

The beginning of the movie shows the Turtle brothers trying to win over New Yorkers’ hearts by doing brave deeds. The four hope to gain acceptance as typical teenagers by doing this. They are in over their heads when a mutant army is released when they take on a strange crime syndicate with the aid of new buddy April O’Neil.

“We are beyond thrilled by this world-class cast we’ve assembled to bring these iconic, beloved characters to life in a new chapter of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe. This really sets a new bar for this globally celebrated franchise, and we can’t wait to show audiences this film.”

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem was first announced in 2020. It was set up to be an animated reboot of the beloved franchise, and it will be just one of the new entries in the TMNT universe from Nickelodeon. It has been confirmed that there will be a series of films following TMNT villains.

Point Grey Productions’ Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver are producing the Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies feature. It marks Nickelodeon’s first theatrical CG-animated movie. Jeff Rowe is directing this animated movie.

TMNT was initially introduced in 1984. Animated episodes from the 1980s and a live-action film from 1990 quickly followed, both of which contributed to the phenomenon of global popularity. With this installation, Seth Rogan is looking forward to making the visuals and story even more appealing to the audience.
