Kanye West’s album, Donda debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in August 2021 after garnering 309,000 album-equivalent units in just five days of tracking. At the 2022 Grammy Awards, it was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Rap Album, with ‘Jail’ winning Best Rap Song and ‘Hurricane’ receiving Best Melodic Rap Performance. According to recent reports, Kanye’s studio where he recorded Donda is now available for rent.

Kanye West’s studio can now be rented for $50,000 per hour. Kanye West’s makeshift studio in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium to finish his 10th solo album in 2021 is now available to rent through the studio rental app Stufinder. According to the description, the studio, which includes recording facilities can accommodate up to six persons and permits smoking.

“The iconic Donda room,” the description reads. “Comes with recording set up. Past clients include Kanye West **Studio does not include Kanye West** bookings aren’t guaranteed.” On Monday, January 30 Stufinder posted screenshots of the listing on its official Twitter page and promised to keep people updated if the room is booked.

“We are aware someone has listed the Studio room Kanye West recorded ‘DONDA’ on our App,” the company wrote. “We will update you when someone books it! Stay tuned.” It added in a separate tweet: “You will only be charged if the host accepts the booking!! You’ll never have to worry about being scammed on Stufinder.”

Kanye West completed Donda at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium and even slept in the makeshift studio while hosting album listening sessions. According to Pigeons and Planes, he was paying up to $1 million every day to stay at the stadium. At the time the Chicago rap mogul shared an Instagram photo of his room, which had basic items such as a bed, suitcase, clothing rail, television, and dumbbells. “Off the Grid” co-star Fivio Foreign previously revealed Kanye enforced a strict dress code for his studio sessions at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

I learned [studio rules] from Ye,. When we went to Ye’s sh*t he made us all wear like [Yeezy]. We had the vest on, he made us all wear Donda merch. I thought we were on Donda timing, I guess to get us in [that mindset].

This is what he do. It’s like uniform. He give us Yeezys, some type of pants, cargo black-looking [pants] and Donda shirts. That’s what he do, so I guess it takes away the egos.

JAY-Z, The Weeknd, Playboi Carti, Lil Baby, Travis Scott, Lil Durk, Kid Cudi, DaBaby, Pop Smoke and many more made appearances on Donda which was named after Kanye’s late mother. Let’s see what Kanye has planned for the future. Keep an eye on Thirsty for the most latest updates.
