Back in 2008, Tito Ortiz purchased his beautiful Huntington Beach mansion for $3.25 million. Built on Davenport Island, the 3,887-square-foot-mansion is a thing of beauty with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

However, TMZ has reported that Tito Ortiz has decided to list his Huntington Beach mansion for $4.8 million just four months after the place was burglarized. However, it’s unclear if the burglary had anything to do with the sale of the property.

The Mediterranean-style home is situated on a private boat dock with access to the beach. The house is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen.

This beautiful property was ransacked on June 3 and a safe was reportedly stolen. Fortunately, the UFC Legend wasn’t home at the time of the burglary.
