Amanda Bynes Attending Cosmetology College To Become A Manicurist

Amanda Bynes rose to prominence as a young actor on Nickelodeon shows. Her life has changed dramatically since her conservatorship, which lasted nearly a decade, ended earlier this year. She also ended her two-year relationship with Paul Michael. With her newfound personal freedom, she is seeking for ways to improve her life.

The 36-year-old Hairspray star took to her Instagram Stories on October 7th, and revealed that she’s currently enrolled in cosmetology school in order to “become a manicurist!” The actress shared the news with fans alongside a clip of herself attending the college with other students.

In the pictures, Amanda wore a loose-fitting black t-shirt with matching black leggings. Her brunette hair was pulled back in a high ponytail, and she wore little makeup with a dab of heavy eyeliner.

Bynes shared pictures from her classroom where other students can be seen busily working on their nail art. The room setup itself resembled a typical nail saloon as well. She shared a glimpse into her academic life with fans, giving birth to fresh optimism.

Bynes has battled with substance abuse and legal troubles in her highly publicised personal life. In 2010, she went on indefinite hiatus from acting. She appears to be done with acting and is looking forward to pursuing an entirely different career to celebrate her freedom.
