Tory Lanez has been in the news since his legal struggle with Megan Thee Stallion. However, that wasn’t the end of it. Tory was recently accused of running into a pregnant woman’s car. She has now filed a lawsuit against him.

TMZ reports that the rapper is being sued by a couple named Krisha and Jesse Grullon. The couple claims he sideswiped them with his luxury vehicle on New Year’s Day 2021 in Miami. He is then said to have fled the area without even checking on them.

The Grullons claimed that they exited a highway and stopped at a red light at the end of the off-ramp, according to the documents acquired by the outlet. Tory then allegedly appeared out of nowhere and struck their car from the rear left side with a green Bentley SUV. Tory, according to the Grullons, never exited his ride and instead took off without hesitation.

Furthermore, they claim Krisha was four months pregnant at the time. The pair intends to have him appear in court for a deposition, which they want to take place as soon as possible in 2023. They further said Tory did not react to their claims within 45 days, either acknowledging or denying each specific part of their claim.

According to a recent update by the outlet, Tory’s attorney, Andell Brown, said the couple’s case is baseless and will be laughed out of court. Brown finds it strange that the reported incident occurred in January, but that the claim was not lodged to Tory’s insurance until July. Brown claims the whole thing is a hoax and that the couple just looked up Tory’s car plate to tie him to the case.

Their initial report to cops stated that the car was silver. However, they later altered it to green in the lawsuit. Brown claims that when the insurance claim was made, the company investigated the incident, met with defense lawyers, and found that there was no basis for the claim.

As previously reported, Tory is already mired in a legal battle in California over allegations that he used a firearm to injure Megan Thee Stallion, a case that will go to trial next month. He was also recently accused of beating August Alsina in Chicago, though it does not appear that the cops are involved in that case just yet. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
