Tory Lanez is a prodigy known for stirring up controversy with ease. Fans must have seen Tory’s protracted legal battle with Megan Thee Stallion before this new controversy began with August Alsina. Tory Lanez recently declined to address the altercation with August Alsina.

This week, controversial recording artist Tory Lanez agreed to a long-awaited interview. Lanez’s recent altercation with R&B singer August Alsina was one of the first subjects brought up during the conversation.

Backstage at the Fall Back In Love Comedy & Music Jam tour, according to August Alsina, the Sorry 4 What album’s composer assaulted him. Lanez initially refuted having any part in the alleged incident. On the other hand, comedian Rip Michaels asserted that he saw Lanez punch Alsina.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is reportedly looking into the matter. Due to the shooting of Megan Thee Stallion in July 2020, Tory Lanez already has an assault and firearms case pending against him there.

However, when DJ Envy on the Breakfast Club inquired about the altercation. Tory Lanez said that he is not present to respond to questions of that nature. He explicitly stated that he attended the interview in order to speak only about the album.

“You got into an alleged altercation with an R&B artist, August Alsina.”

“Look, man. Like I said, I’m here to just answer about the album.”

Then Angela Yee questioned Lanez about whether the LAPD was still looking into the incident. The Canadian, who is 30 years old, retorted, “Again, I couldn’t tell you, don’t know. Like I said, I’m just here for the album and positivity.”

Tory Lanez was questioned by DJ Envy once more about whether or not August Alsina was a problem for him. The Juno Award winner stated that he has no problems with any particular person. Yee inquired further about Lanez’s forgiveness of those who no longer support him.

“I can never be upset about someone’s opinion. When they’re people that have opinions, it’s like whatever they thought at the time was just whatever they were feeling at the time. I know that a lot of people’s opinions have changed, up and down, about me. It’s not of me to be a judge or be playing God’s role in judging people. I forgive everybody. I don’t forget, but I forgive.”

People are interested in learning more about the reported altercation, but they are puzzled as to why Lazez seems reticent to address the brawl. What do you think about his rejection? Let us know in the comments. Keep checking Thirsty for more updates.
