Josh Duhamel Rushed To Emergency Room After Injuring Himself On ‘Party Bus’ Hours Before Wedding

Josh Duhamel proposed to Audra Mari in January 2022. The proposal was very romantic. The couple finally tied the knot in a very private ceremony in Fargo, North Dakota. However, Duhamel was taken to the emergency room just a few hours before getting married earlier.

The “Transformers” star blew his back out after “pulling some wild dance moves” on a party bus the night before their wedding day, according to the former pageant queen, who told Vogue Australia on Wednesday. Doctors found Duhamel had slipped a disc the morning of the ceremony, but the “Safe Haven” actor and his wife just said, “Cue the cortisone shot, and let’s get married!”

The former soap star had much improved by the time of their wedding and was even capable of dancing with his bride during their first dance to “Buy Dirt” by Jordan Davis. The couple chose to marry in North Dakota as it is their home state.

“It was the most important thing for us. Not only is it home to us, but it was so convenient for everyone we love to get to.

In March 2019 in Los Angeles, a mutual acquaintance introduced Duhamel and Mari. Nearly two years later, during a seaside proposal, the “Win a Date with Tad Hamilton!” star proposed to the former Miss World America for marriage using a note in a bottle.
