Blueface might be a popular rapper to be involved in today’s hip-hop game, but like everyone else, he wants to try new opportunities. However, the latest gig is not going to happen.

TMZ reports that Blueface will not be stepping into the ring with Nick Young on Saturday due to the rapper not having his boxing license approved. He received a letter from the California State Athletic Commission on Tuesday informing him his application for a pro boxing license in the state would not be granted until he appeared before the organization in October.

Promoter Austin McBroom is looking to find a replacement with only three days until fight night. He is headlining the event with rival and fellow YouTuber, AnEsonGib. along with Adrian Peterson and Le’Veon Bell fighting in the event.

Blueface has made headlines lately for plenty of violent altercations with his girlfriend Chrisean. It’s unknown if the incidents played a role in the denial of a license.
