Barbie Ferreira got her big break with HBO’s Euphoria. The series has become the second most popular HBO series, which is good news for all its cast members. Less than a week after her departure announcement from the show, Ferreira has come aboard a Prime Video & Blumhouse Television thriller project.

Ferreira is part of the cast alongside actress Ariana DeBose in the upcoming flick titled “House of Spoils.” The duo of Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy is set to direct the upcoming flick with their own script. The film will debut on Prime Video, though there’s no release date for it yet.

‘House of Spoils’ will follow a chef (DeBose) who opens a remote farm-to-table restaurant. However, the supernatural presence of the property’s previous owner and her shady investor end up creating a chaotic situation for her.

Spoils follows an ambitious chef (DeBose) who opens her first restaurant, a farm-to-table affair on a remote estate, where she battles kitchen chaos, a dubious investor, crushing self-doubts … and the powerful spirit of the estate’s previous owner, who threatens to sabotage her at every turn.

Ferreira recently announced that she is leaving Euphoria, which disheartened a lot of fans. Her inclusion in another big project means the star is planning to remain around and keep furthering her acting career.
