Kanye West is always dealing with a controversy. The rapper also has an unbelievable amount of legal troubles, though he rarely shows any signs of strain that puts on him. There’s a new lawsuit against the rapper, and it’s from a fashion rental company.

Ye got sued by David Casavant Archive, as per a report by Billboard. The lawsuit claims that the rapper has been ducking payments since the last two years, and asks for $400,000 in damages.

David Casavant Archive claims that the rapper still has 13 of their “rare, esteemed pieces.” Apparently the rapper has the pieces since October 2020, and they’re worth a whopping $221,810.

The lawsuit also claims that the rapper owes them $195,100 if he can’t return the pieces. West has maintained a long working relationship with them since 2014. However, they claim that he wouldn’t respond to any of their attempts at inquiring about the pieces.
