Drake is one of the most prominent hip-hop artists today. The Canadian rapper has seen a lot of success from his illustrious career. Drake recently received a comment from Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, with the topic being their humble beginnings.

Drake and Jeff Bezos probably don’t have too much in common, but the 6 God and Amazon founder both started their journeys from humble beginnings and went on to reach the top of their respective fields. Drizzy took to Instagram on Wednesday to reflect on how far he’s come, with a photo of his first apartment in Toronto and a second slide featuring Bezos and his early office days starting Amazon.

Drake captioned the post, “Gotta start somewhere,” The photos eventually landed on Bezos’ radar and the former Amazon CEO hopped into the comments section to return the favor by citing lyrics from Drake’s 2013 “Started From the Bottom” anthem. Bezos wrote, “Started from the bottom now we’re here,”

Drizzy couldn’t believe the business mogul replied, and the rare interaction made a hyped Drake fan out with his response. He wrote back in shock, “Holyyy Jeff knows about the man dem nobody can chat to me today!!! Big Bezos in the comments,” Meanwhile, Drake and Bezos are actually business partners after investing in the sports company Overtime earlier this year.
