Kevin Durant carved out a special spot for himself in the game of basketball, and everyone wants him on their team. The separation proceedings between Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets are now in their early stages. The atmosphere has heated up as a result of Kevin’s trade news, and teams are now eager to sign him to their team.

The Nets have every intention of granting KD’s request for a trade, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN. Of course, this is a worst-case situation for the team, but given what happened with Kyrie Irving, no one should be surprised by this. There are two places that Durant would rather go.

The Miami Heat and the Phoenix Suns are those two teams. It has been claimed that the Suns possess the pieces that the Heat lack in order to complete a deal. Undoubtedly, Deandre Ayton, who is available through a sign and trade, is one of those pieces.

According to Jake Fischer of Bleacher Report, there has been a significant development about KD. Phoenix is essentially where KD is most likely to settle at this time. As Fischer said, Ayton will be a part of this transaction, which is expected to involve three or more teams.

Ayton won’t wear a Nets uniform, according to Fischer, but he will help the Suns acquire Durant. The Nets are currently taking their time with trade proposals for KD because they are aware that this will be a historic transaction. There is a lot of pressure on the Nets to get this right because doing so might put their franchise back years. Check out the trade talks in the tweets below.
