Vince McMahon was the Chairman of WWE and has been arguably the biggest name in the pro wrestling business, but he recently had to step aside thanks to a hush money scandal. He has a method to his madness that only a few people can truly comprehend. Vince also made numerous attempts to mend his friendship with the legend Hulk Hogan.

The biggest star of WWE in the 1980s and the early 1990s, Hulk Hogan quit the company in 1993. This strained the friendship between Hogan and McMahon. Although Hogan has made several appearances since then, he hasn’t been as prominent.

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross appeared in a recent episode of Grilling JR. He claimed that Vince McMahon made multiple valiant attempts to restore his connection with Hulk Hogan. This, according to the Hall of Famer, is the reason Hogan has had numerous second chances.

Vince kept trying to recreate the dynamic that Vince had with Hogan, hence all the saw second chances, next starts and Hall of Fame. Here’s another reason we can bring him back. Vince kept trying to recreate that idyllic relationship they once had.

I felt bad for Vince at times because he really wanted the relationship to get back on somewhat of an even-keel. It may not be what it used to be, but he wanted to make it better than what it is, and I’m not sure we accomplished that.

Ross claimed that McMahon was unwilling to acknowledge that the illustrious relationship he formerly shared with Hogan could not be restored. Hogan and McMahon clashed for a very long time before working together to create the global powerhouse that is WWE today. Check out the tweets below.
