The Supreme Court’s ruling that overturned the Roe V. Wade Decision has created a new controversy, and people from all walks of life are continuing to slam the ruling.

Taylor Swift is one of the many celebrities who have criticized the top court’s ruling. The pop star retweeted former First Lady Michelle Obama’s statement on the ruling that ended constitutional rights to abortion.

“I’m absolutely terrified that this is where we are – that after so many decades of people fighting for women’s rights to their own bodies, today’s decision has stripped us of that.”

Swift joins a long list of celebrities – including Sophie Turner, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Pedro Pascal, and Andy Cohen – who have slammed the ruling that gives states the right to draft their own abortion laws.
