Pete Davidson rose to stardom after joining Saturday Night Live in 2014, thanks to famous guest appearances on “Weekend Update,” notable film roles, Netflix specials, and a slew of high-profile relationships. He recently bid farewell to SNL, shortly after reports emerged that he was leaving the iconic sketch comedy series after eight years. Kim Kardashian is cheering for Pete as he takes on his next chapter.
Just hours after Davidson’s final appearance on “Saturday Night Live,” the reality star uploaded a collage of her beau on her Instagram Stories. Kim Kardashian paid tribute to her boyfriend as he bid farewell to “Saturday Night Live.” The collage included pictures of Pete from SNL and other co-hosts.
The comedian reflected on his experience joining “SNL” when he was just 20 years old in 2014. The King of Staten Island star also took a moment to praise the SNL creator, saying he “always gives the best advice.” According to Pete, this includes his 2018 engagement to Ariana Grande, which they called off after four months.
While Davidson was taping “SNL” in New York City, where he met Kim for the first time during her hosting debut in October 2021, the KKW Beauty entrepreneur was in Italy for big sister Kourtney Kardashian’s wedding to Travis Barker. Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Kendall Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian are among the Kardashians who have been sighted in Portofino.
Interestingly enough, the collage that she picked showed a photo of Skete wearing that red “Make Kanye 2006 again” hat, but it said “Goodbye SNL” over the previous message.
This must have been difficult on Pete and the rest of the cast, but life moves on. We wish him and Kim the very best in their future endeavors. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty. Check out Kim’s Instagram Story screenshot below.
