Johnny Depp Says He Made Waffles For Fans At Amber Heard Trial

Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for $50 million after she allegedly implied he assaulted her in a 2018 op-ed for The Washington Post. The legal battle is ongoing and Depp fans are religiously showing up at the court to support him. Depp also recently treated his fans for being there for him.

As he arrived at the Virginia courthouse on day 19 of his defamation trial against Amber Heard, Johnny Depp stated he made waffles for his fans. According to Court TV, the actor appeared at Fairfax County Circuit Court as the day’s proceedings were stalled due to a tardy jury.

Depp met his cheering supporters outside the courtroom recently. He said that he had provided “breakfast for all of them” before the day’s proceedings began. When asked what he had prepared, Johnny Depp joked, “Waffles.”

Fans have pointed out that Depp was joking when he made the light-hearted remark in response to a question about the ecstatic crowd outside the courthouse.
