The court battle between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians became one of the most highly discussed topics in the past month. More facts were revealed in the $100 million defamation suit against the Kardashians. Blac Chyna has decided to go after Rob Kardashian again, because she has nothing better to do.

The Kardashians would up winning the case after it was declared that Blac Chyna will be awarded no damages by a jury on May 2nd in her lawsuit against the Kardashian and Jenner family. This did not sit too well with Chyna at all.

This was definitely not what Blac Chyna expected when she filed the lawsuit. She tried to appeal the court’s decision but barely raised $300 in 12 hours to help appeal the case. In the end, that GoFundMe was an epic failure.

According to Radar Online, Blac Chyna’s legal battle with the Kardashian family will continue as she will duke it out with her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian again. As revealed by court documentation, the Los Angeles Superior Court judge presiding over Chyna’s lawsuit has set phase 2 of the trial for June 13th.

In her lawsuit, Chyna also sued Rob for allegedly posting explicit photos of her on his Instagram account after they split up back in 2017. She also claimed that the photos he shared the photos to harm her emotionally.

She called the situation with Rob Kardashian, “humiliating and degrading,” and added that she would be compensated for all the damage. The ugly battle between the two former lovers will continue next month. It is likely to get messier than ever before by the looks of it.
