Dua Lipa Lands Role In ‘Barbie Movie’ Opposite Margot Robbie

Dua Lipa has proven herself in the music industry with smash albums, countless awards, sold-out gigs, and sing-along hits. She has now taken the Hollywood by storm by landing a big-budget role in Barbie movie. After earning a role in the big-budget Barbie film alongside Margot Robbie, the Levitating singer is cementing her image as a Hollywood A-lister.

Dua will make her big screen debut in the spy thriller Argylle later this year. The Sun reports that she is now preparing for her next project, the Barbie feature, which is now being shot in the United Kingdom. She’s now in the cast of Barbie alongside Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Will Ferrell, and Saoirse Ronan.

Argylle is a big film in its own right, but Barbie will be Dua’s breakout role because of the buzz surrounding it. Dua is swiftly demonstrating that she is far more than a pop star. She has a bright cinematic future ahead of her.

The plot is unknown, however it is reported to revolve around a doll who is expelled from Barbie Land for not being flawless enough. Dua isn’t taking it easy on herself. She began her Future Nostalgia tour in the United States in February and is now touring across Europe after a successful UK leg.
