Blac Chyna is attempting in all ways possible to retaliate against the Kardashians. Her request to have a Los Angeles Superior Court judge removed from the bench for allegedly “hostile” behavior toward her was dismissed. She recently issued a statement claiming that the Kardashians held a secret ‘unethical’ meeting during the trial with court employees, and Kim immediately stepped forward to confront her.
Kim Kardashian and her family did not dispute having a private meeting with a court clerk during their trial with Blac Chyna, but they dismissed the notion that it led the judge to be “biased” in their favor. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Kim, her mother Kris, and her sisters Khloé and Kylie argued that Chyna is being a “sore loser.”
Chyna sued Rob’s family members, saying they falsely accused her of abusing her then-fiancé. She said Kris and her daughters informed E! officials about the alleged falsehoods. Rob & Chyna, Chyna’s show, was eventually canceled by the network. She said she missed out on a $1 million guaranteed payoff, as well as a slew of other lucrative deals.
The family denied meddling with her contract and maintained that Chyna assaulted Rob in December 2016. The jury ultimately sided with the Kardashian/Jenner family, awarding Chyna nothing for her complaint.
Chyna, on the other hand, feels the court was “hostile” and “biased” against her. Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, put forth her argument for why her client was treated unfairly in her motion to disqualify the judge, which was refused.
Rhodes did not deny the meeting occurred in the Kardashian response. Instead, he argued that the court did not approve of any “unethical conduct,” and that the clerk was replaced a few days into the trial by a new clerk. Rhodes claimed Ciani should have addressed the matter during the trial rather than after the court’s decision.
Neither Blac nor the Kardashians are going to back down. Let’s see what Blac does next to take on the Kardashians. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
