Blac Chyna may have lost her $100 million defamation suit to the Kardashians. That doesn’t mean she’s given up on her resentment towards the court that announced the verdict against her. Blac Chyna’s attempt to have a Los Angeles Superior Court judge removed from the bench because of his claimed “hostile” behavior toward her was dismissed.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the judge determined that Chyna’s lawyer failed to provide any compelling reasons for the request to be considered. The ruling was not appealable, according to the order. After losing a jury trial against the Kardashian/Jenner family, Chyna filed her motion.

Rob Kardashian, his mother Kris, and his sisters Kim, Khloé, and Kylie have all been sued by Chyna. She said that the reclusive reality star’s relatives falsely accused her of abusing her ex-fiancé in front of network executives. E! execs cancelled Chyna’s show Rob & Chyna because of the alleged falsehoods, according to Chyna.

She was enraged because she thought the network promised her a $1 million payout for season two. She said the family’s actions cost her a slew of additional lucrative transactions in court records. The family denied spreading misinformation, claiming that Chyna abused Rob during a confrontation in December 2016.

They also claimed that the Lashed business owner was unharmed and that her career was unaffected. Chyna claimed in her application that the judge was biased against her and her attorney Lynne Ciani. During a private meeting with the judge, her attorney accused the lawyer for the Kardashian/Jenner family of mentioning Mark Zuckerberg as a past client. She also claimed that the court began to treat her differently after Chyna’s mother, Tokyo Toni, made comments about the case online.

Chyna tried to raise $400k for an appeal, but her attempts to raise that kind of scratch was met with a miserable failure. Keep checking back with Thirsty for more!
