Zac Efron Is Not Interested In Having Kids Any Time Soon

Zac Efron made a name for himself starring in Disney’s High School Musical series. He eventually honed his craft and acted in a variety of films and also became one of Hollywood’s biggest hunks. He also addressed if he wants to be a dad after starring in Firestarter and it seems to have put him off of the idea.

Zac Efron portrayed the role of a father in Firestarter, which is a horror film. Despite that, Zac Efron isn’t isn’t exactly inclined on being a father himself either.

While speaking during a sneak peak of an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, Zac Efron talked about his role in the film. Efron admitted that it was a lot harder than he thought it would. When asked whether portraying the role of a father made him want to be a father in the future, the actor made it clear that he has no intention of doing so.

“I think that was a healthy dose to put me off of it for as long as necessary. I have a little bit more growing to do probably.”

Based on the Stephen King novel, Firestarter is set to release on May 13th. We will have to wait and see how successful the film will turn out to be. Fans also can’t wait to see Zac Efron become a dad someday.
