Kris Jenner rose to prominence as a star of the reality television show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kris was involved in a court battle with Blac Chyna, along with her daughters. Blac was awarded no damages by a jury on May 2nd in her lawsuit against the Kardashian and Jenner clan. Obviously, they’re happy to have this behind them.

According to Variety, Kris expressed her feelings about the trial’s outcome when she arrived at the Met Gala red carpet event. “I’m just happy it’s over,” she told Variety’s Marc Malkin, adding that the toughest part was “going through it.”

Kris explained how she got through it, saying, “Pray, I live in my faith and just hope, you know, that’s enough. And yeah, I’m glad it’s over and I’m glad it’s over for the girls. And we’re here tonight to celebrate.”

Kris Jenner is expressing her gratitude following her legal win. On May 2nd, a jury ruled that the Kardashian-Jenners owed Blac Chyna no damages after she accused Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris of defamation and contract interference. She claimed the family harmed her television career and was responsible for the cancellation of the E! reality show Rob & Chyna.

The jury determined that the actions of Kris, Khloe, Kim, and Kylie were not a “substantial factor” in causing Chyna “actual harm.” Kris and her family were not in the Los Angeles courtroom when the decision was announced because they were preparing for the Met Gala in 2022.

Michael Rhodes, the Kardashians’ lawyer, told reporters outside the courthouse that his clients were “exuberant” when he delivered them the news. “I spoke to the family a minute ago and they’re also very pleased. I hope they’re enjoying their gala,” he said. “They were emphatic in their expression of pleasure.”

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, has stated that she intends to appeal parts of the verdict. The court in the case issued a directed judgment last Thursday, finding Kim not guilty of defamation. Her alleged involvement in contract interference was presented to the jury.

Chyna is also suing her ex-husband, Rob Kardashian, with whom she has a 5-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian, for assault, battery, and harassment. Let’s wait and see what happens. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
