Dark Side of the Ring introduced many casual viewers to some of the most compelling and controversial incidents from the world of pro wresting The documentary series has been praised for its production quality and story telling. Despite rumors that season 4 hasn’t been picked up, the show is apparently still in production.

Careers have been compromised due to some of the things people said in interviews on the show. Jim Ross said he was unhappy with the way his interviews were edited and that he would no longer participate in any future seasons. This attributed to the idea that the show was not returning as well.

In the wake of rumors that the series hasn’t been picked up for a fourth season, the official Twitter account of Vice TV revealed that the series will continue. This is a great news for fans who have been eagerly waiting for a new season.

We’ve heard some rumors flying around about Season 4 of Dark Side of the Ring. We are as committed as ever to both the series and the broader Dark Side franchise.  Evan and Jason are hard at work making more content that we know our fans of the series will love. Stay tuned.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio previously reported that the show has not been picked up for season 4. Meltzer noted that Vice TV currently has nothing on the table for Dark Side of the Ring.

Fans can rejoice now that Vice TV has confirmed that they are going to make another season happen. It is unknown when Dark Side of the Ring will hit the air We’ll have to wait and see.
