Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was at one point billed as “the most downloaded woman on the internet.” Sytch has had many well-documented troubles since those days. Several DUI arrests and domestic violence issues have been the cause of Tammy’s growing rap sheet. Sunny recently was involved in a fatal car accident that killed a 75-year-old man in Florida.

The case has been in limbo as law enforcement awaits the results of toxicology tests. They are also looking for evidence of the speed at which Tammy struck the pedestrian. The accident happened at a traffic light, so anything excessive would be an additional circumstance that she will have to deal with in court.

A fan recently asked Sunny how fast she was going via Twitter. Sytch had made a post wondering why fans were leaving mean remarks on her social media. When the fan responded, Tammy replied, blaming the accident on everything but herself.

“Hmmm about 10 since I was slowing down to. Light. But he had a heart. Attack. Nothing to do with my seizure”

At face value, Sunny is blaming the man’s death on natural causes. It sounds like she doesn’t think being struck by a car had anything to do with it. She also claims to have been having a seizure at the time.

Once all the evidence rolls in, prosecutors will be able to paint a clearer picture of what happened. Tammy Sytch will once again have her day in court. Time will tell if this strategy of denial works out in the end.
