For individuals who have inquired regarding claims that Tammy Sytch was arrested following the traffic fatality incident on March 25, she has not been arrested and was not arrested on the date of the occurrence. There have been rumors that she has been detained, however PW Insider has established that this is not the case.
For those who have asked about reports that Tammy Sytch was arrested coming out of the traffic fatality incident on 3/25, Sytch has not been arrested, nor was she arrested the date of the incident. There are stories making the rounds she was arrested, but PWInsider.com has confirmed that was not the case.
Sytch was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries before being allowed to return home after police obtained a search order and extracted a blood sample for testing. The Ormond Beach Police Department made this plain in a press release.
As previously reported, Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
As of yesterday, the toxicology report on that blood sample had not been received, and until it is, officials will not move forward with the possibility of arresting Sytch. They’re carrying out due diligence. As a result, any reports that she was detained from March 25 to today are false. The 49-year-old WWE Hall of Famer simply cannot stop getting herself into trouble. We will keep you updated on this ongoing case.
