Chrissy Teigen and John Legend were engaged in December 2011 and married on September 14, 2012. John wrote and dedicated his song “All of Me” to her, and the music video was reportedly shown at their wedding. The couple have been through a lot, and they’re looking toward the future as they recently sold their stunning New York penthouse for $18 million.

According to Radar Online, Chrissy Teigen and John Legend found a buyer for their stunning $18 million New York City home. The sprawling property at 374 Broome Street is made up of two adjoining penthouses that Chrissy and John had intended to combine. An insider reported that the dream home “just went into contract” and is “slated for a quick close,” revealing that it will be off the market in less than 90 days. The mega-mansion was put on the market in February 2022.

The A-list couple paid $9 million for the first penthouse unit in 2018. They later purchased the second property next to it for $7.7 million in 2020. Noble Black, David Son, Jennifer Stillman, and Cory Cahlon of Douglas Elliman are the listing brokers. Noble Black previously told CNBC that if the two properties were combined, the buyer would have six or more bedrooms and six or more bathrooms.

“The views are phenomenal, and the space is completely private,” he says. “The apartment is a study in contrasts, seamlessly blending the old with a new modern, industrial aesthetic.” The 12-foot ceilings, multiple skylights, and top-of-the-line appliances add a touch of opulence.

The couple went on a glamorous date night in Santa Monica last night, dressing to impress and eating at Giorgio Baldi. Last week, the couple celebrated Luna’s sixth birthday by taking their kids to Disneyland.

In terms of why the Legend family is relocating, the Grammy-winning performer stated that he and Chrissy are doing so primarily due to their hectic schedules. To get the latest updates, keep an eye on Thirsty.
