Logan Paul has become one of the most well-known online personalities online. The Maverick has invested a lot of effort and is now the proud owner of multiple properties. However, Logan Paul recently sold one of his property which is situated in Los Angeles for $7.4 million.

Paul is continuing to distance himself from Los Angeles, selling his property for $7.405 million. TMZ reports that the purchase for the 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 7,667-square-foot home, which is nestled behind a private gate and comes with a big yard, wine cellar, and billiards room, was finalized Wednesday.

A giant pool, plenty of lounge and dining space, an outdoor Grotto kitchen, and a detached guest house with a full bedroom, bathroom, and total view of the property will be available to the new owners. It didn’t come cheap, but this is a very nice pad. Paul also made a nice bag on the deal.

Logan bought the mansion for $6.6 million in 2017 and lived in it while remastering and renovating it. While the profit isn’t as much as he had hoped, he listed it for $8.995 million. Logan’s home was put on the market in November of last year. Paul has made no secret of his desire to relocate to Puerto Rico, for financial reasons, in recent years.
