Conor McGregor simply isn’t what he used to be and Jake Paul knows that pretty well. In the past, Jake Paul offered to pay Conor McGregor $50 million to face him in a boxing match but that is a thing of the past now. Anthony Smith also commented on a possible match between the two.

Many fans certainly agree that a boxing match between Conor McGregor and Jake Paul would be a big-money match. Jake Paul previously noted that he isn’t interested in fighting ‘loser’ Conor McGregor right now.

In spite of the uncertainty in them squaring off against each other, Conor McGregor and Jake Paul always have time to make fun of each other. This continues to make fans speculate about a match between the two.

While speaking on The Fighter vs. The Writer podcast with Damon Martin of MMA Fighting, UFC light heavyweight contender Anthony Smith stated that he thinks a boxing match between Jake Paul and Conor McGregor would be a great boxing bout.

“Jake Paul is my size, he’s a big g*dd*mn dude. He’s way north of 200 pounds. So him fighting Conor like in a boxing match, that’d probably be a pretty good fight, be honest with you.”

Even Henry Cujedo recently claimed that Conor McGregor would lose to Jake Paul if they ever duked it out. We will have to wait and see whether Jake Paul and Conor McGregor will face off against each other or not.
