Conor McGregor certainly has gotten into a lot of trouble over the years thanks to his trash talking and also managed to get under the skin of many. There are many who don’t like McGregor and that includes Jake Paul. McGregor’s UFC 264 loss was also a jolly day for The Problem Child. Paul also recently claimed he’s more popular than Conor McGregor. The Notorious One is on Jake Paul’s boxing “hit list,” but he’s a few fights down.
For a long time, Jake Paul has been going after Conor McGregor in order to get him to agree to a boxing match in the future. After UFC 264, Paul’s ego only got worse. However, it seems Jake Paul isn’t all that keen on a fight right now.
While speaking to iFL TV, Jake Paul discussed possibly squaring off against Conor McGregor in a boxing match. The Problem Child made it clear that he has no interest in fighting McGregor, who is a loser right now.
“I do. At the bottom of my heart, the answer’s yes. I just don’t want to fight a loser, a loser guy like Conor McGregor. He’s just a loser. He’s sort of lost his spunk. I don’t want to fight him out of pity or fight him as like a ‘money fight’.”
Jake Paul had previously stated that he is the ‘money fight’ for Conor McGregor but at this point in time, a match between the two simply doesn’t seem feasible. We wonder if things will change in the future.
