Most people assumed that when Tom Brady announced his retirement from the NFL, Rob Gronkowski would follow the same. Gronk has made a career out of following Brady around, and it wouldn’t have made sense for him to stay in Tampa Bay if he wasn’t accompanied by Tom.

However, now that Brady is returning to the field, there is renewed curiosity in what Gronk plans to do this season. In fact, with Brady’s comeback, Buccaneers fans anticipate and hope that he will want to return to see his sixth Super Bowl ring.

According to Cameron Wolfe of the Tampa Bay Times, Gronk’s agent Drew Rosenhaus has spoken with the Buccaneers and informed them that Gronk is still undecided about participating. The Buccaneers, according to the tweet, want to see Gronkowski back on the field. Gronk himself has hinted that a comeback is still a possibility.
