Colin Kaepernick wants the National Football League to know that he still has some game. The former San Francisco 49ers QB is still trying to make a comeback to the league. Kaepernick has not played since the controversy surrounding his decision to kneel during the national anthem in protest of racial injustice.

Colin took to Twitter before the start of NFL free agency to look for some partners to work out with. Seattle Seahawks star Tyler Lockett answered the call. Lockett and his brother did show up to run routes with Kaepernick.

The video shows that Colin Kaepernick can still spin it. Colin’s arm looked great as he effortlessly found Tyler Lockett on route after route. Kaepernick is hoping that he will eventually get a call.

Kaepernick was able to hit all the throws. Colin and Tyler worked on short, intermediate, and deep routes. Nearly every throw looked good.

Colin also appears to be in excellent overall shape. There has been a rush in the NFL to sign quarterbacks since free agency opened up on Monday. Very little buzz has included Colin Kaepernick.

That isn’t enough to slow Colin down. Kaepernick is probably good on money, too, after he signed a huge endorsement deal with Nike. Now he is just doing it for the love of the game.
