The Recording Academy has announced its first set of performers for this year’s ceremony. The Grammy Awards celebration will take place live from MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas and will be hosted by Trevor Noah.

The announced performers for this year’s show are BTS, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X with Jack Harlow, Brandi Carlile, Brothers Osborne, and Olivia Rodrigo. The aforementioned artists have also earned their nominations for this year’s big night for music.

For BTS, the South Korean boy band that has taken West by storm in the last few years has scored a nomination for Butter, their track from the album of the same name for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

Seven-time Grammy winner and current nominee Billie Eilish received seven nominations this year, Record of the Year (“Happier Than Ever”), Album of the Year (“Happier Than Ever”), Song of the Year (“Happier Than Ever”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“Happier Than Ever”), Best Pop Vocal Album (“Happier Than Ever”),  Best Music Video (“Happier Than Ever”), and Best Music Film (“Happier Than Ever: A Love Letter To Los Angeles”).

Like Billie, Olivia Rodrigo is also nominated for seven Grammys. However, this is Rodrigo’s first time being nominated.

The 64th Annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast live on Sunday, April 3, 2022,
at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m., PT on CBS and will be available to stream live and on-demand on Paramount.
