Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Likely To Have Informal Custody Agreement

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s relationship, following Kardashian filing for divorce last year, has had its ups and downs. As of late, the two have them have not been on the best of terms either. It seems Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will have an informal custody agreement most likely.

As reported earlier, Kim Kardashian has been declared legally single and has also dropped the “West” from her last name, which certainly did not please Kanye West whatsoever.

According to TMZ, the issue of child custody will likely not be any problem for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. It is likely their children will stay with Kim Kardashian while Kanye West can visit them whenever he wants to.

Judging by Kanye West’s insanely busy schedule, which involves significant global travel, the typical custody arrangement revealed details about their custody agreement as well.

Kardashian and West have attended birthday parties and other functions together as a family, without any kind of formal structure. It is likely they will create a sort of structure for Christmas, Thanksgiving and other holidays, but Kanye is a global traveler because of his various businesses, so planning ahead of time is not feasible.

Whenever Kanye’s in L.A. and wants to see his children, Kim Kardashian has made sure he will be able to see them. Recently, West wanted to take one of his children to a basketball game and Kim Kardashian obliged without any issue.

Kanye West will also get the children for his Sunday Service every Sunday. It was added that things will become very messy if Kim and Kanye get too specific with custody arrangements. For now, things between the two are amicable and that is what matters in the end.
