Drake had a lot riding on Odell Beckham Jr. and the Los Angeles Rams during Sunday’s Super Bowl LVI. The Canadian star staked over $1 million in bets on the big game. Drizzy bet on both the Rams to win as well as Odell Beckham’s performance in the game.

It turns out Drake did pretty well with his bets. OBJ did score a touchdown but failed to pull in more than 62.5 receiving yards. Beckham would have hit on both bets for the rapper had he not suffered an unfortunate injury.

The Rams also picked up the win for Drake. In the aftermath, he took to Instagram to dedicate a poem to the man who helped him rake in some big bucks. It was both a Super Bowl soliloquy and a Valentine’s Day card.

“I wish I got my flowers when everything wasn’t rosey
How I’m supposed to smell em when everyone’s being nosy
Pictures of me victorious they making with Adobe make me thankful that a trophy was never what made me cozy
For now I just want to feel something
After that I wanna heal something
And after that I wanna build something
But today I just fulfilled something”

Odell Beckham Jr. said that despite his injury, the achievements of his team were larger than any one man. Cooper Kupp picked up OBJ’s slack after he was sidelined and went on to become Super Bowl LVI’s Most Valuable Player. Odell couldn’t have been happier.

Drake seems to have been happy with the Rams’ performance as well. He was able to pocket some big-time cash from his bets as well as his assumed business alliance with the Stake crypto betting app that he constantly promotes. It was well worth the beautiful poem he took the time to write.
