Kodak Black was involved in altercation that took a turn for the worse. The rapper was in Los Angeles for Justin Bieber’s party the other day. The star-studded bash also had Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Khloé Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner in attendance.

According to TMZ, Black stepped outside the The Nice Guy Club in L.A. to have a chat with fellow rappers Gunna and Lil Baby. As soon as he exited the club, someone from his entourage got jumped by an unknown aggressor.

“We’re told that upon exiting, somebody in Kodak’s crew got jumped by an unidentified assailant … and Kodak threw himself in the mix to help his pal out, apparently swinging on the person in effort to do so. Our sources say that’s when a gunman opened fire.

“Unclear if it was the same person who’d initially tried attacking Kodak’s buddy, or if it was a different person entirely — but in any case, we’re told KB was hit in the leg. He was taken to a hospital and listed in stable condition … so it sounds like he’s going to be okay.”

The Florida native was among the people hurt during Saturday’s shootout. He sustained injuries but is said to be out of danger. Police were investigating the incident as of this writing.
