Joe Rogan took a week-long absence from his podcast at Spotify as he was blasted for accusations that he openly welcomed false public health information on his show.

A group of doctors penned a letter asking Spotify to take action against Joe Rogan and musicians joined in as well. Rogan made his return recently but it seems the controversy has affected him in the end.

According to Occupy Democrats, Spotify has removed over 70 episodes of Joe Rogan’s podcast that include offensive remarks and racial slurs by Rogan. This did not come as a surprise for many fans as well.
