Suspect AGB and Swavey AGB were arrested by police in Nairobi last week. They were picked up in August 2019 in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old boy in North London. Suspect and Swavey, both well-known UK drill rappers, are said to have returned to the United Kingdom after being extradited from Kenya.
According to Allhiphop, Active Gxng, two members of the North London Drill crew, were arrested in August 2019 in connection with the murder of a 16-year-old. Kenyan law enforcement confirmed the extradition in a statement issued yesterday, Monday, 31.
It was reported by DCI Kenya, the official Twitter account of The Directorate of Criminal Investigations-Kenya.
“Murder Fugitives Wanted in U.K Finally Extradited. The two murder fugitives who were arrested by detectives last Wednesday, have finally been extradited to face trial in the U.K.”
“Mohamud Siyad Abdihakim ,24 and Monteiro Tariq Kennedy Mangal, 21, both British nationals, were arrested by Transnational and Organized Crimes detectives in Kilimani, following intelligence leads.”
They also stated that the two were arrested in connection with the murder of Alex Smith, a 16-year-old boy from London.
“Metropolitan police who have been looking for the suspects believe that one of the two arrested fugitives carried out the actual stabbing, while the other one was driving one of the stolen cars.”
They claimed that Suspect and Swavey hid in Nairobi’s affluent suburbs to avoid detention in the United Kingdom and have now been extradited.
