Rob Gronkowski might retire from the game of football. If he had to make a decision now then that is what he would do.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are no longer in the playoffs. Tom Brady hasn’t guaranteed another season and some cryptic messages abound in this situation.

While speaking to TMZ, Gronk said that if he had to make decision about things right now then he wouldn’t play next year. He has a lot of bumps and bruises that need to heal up first.

“If they’re like, ‘Rob, you’ve got to decide right now, right this second if you’re playing next year,’ I would say no right now,” Gronk said. “I would be like, ‘No, I’m not playing.’ If I had an answer right now, it would be no.” The legendary tight end then went on to talk about the physical toll of the game, saying that he is still hurting after the most recent season. “I just want to heal completely, see where my thoughts are from there,” Gronk said. “Just let things settle down — got to just heal a little bit. Fix all the bumps and bruises.”

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
