Mike Tyson is certainly one of the most legendary boxers in the history of professional boxing. Tyson is known for his insane power and intimidating stature that has sown fear in the hearts of his opponents. It seems Mike Tyson might be done with boxing for good.

Mike Tyson squared off against Roy Jones Jr. in an eight-round exhibition bout at the Staples Center in Los Angeles back on November 28, 2020. The fight ended in an unexpected split draw, but it certainly surpassed all expectations.

Since then many rumors started spreading regarding a match with the likes of Logan Paul, but that was eventually shot down. Even a recent report of a fight against Jake Paul was debunked by Mike Tyson himself.

While speaking on the Full Send podcast, Mike Tyson talked about the future of his boxing career. Tyson made it clear that he doubts he will ever compete inside the boxing ring again.

“Every, they say it’s 10, but it’s like every 12, or 13 months boom, something’s missing. Like something’s missing, I give it to boom. I’m losing muscle mass. Boom, it’s something. It’s always something different. And I don’t know, I’m just, guys want to fight me for 100 million bucks.

I wanted to do it the first time just for fun to have fun and then some people took it to another level and made it financial and then the fun went out of it.”

It remains to be seen what is next in store for Mike Tyson now that his interest in continuing to box seems to be gone for good.
