Roman Reigns is on a roll since his return to the company back at WWE SummerSlam last year. He returned as the Tribal Chief and truly reinvented himself. The change was several years in the making as fans clamored for it for so long

The Head of the Table has certainly been very dominant as the WWE Universal Champion as he has remained the champion for well over a year now. It is unlikely he will be losing the title anytime soon from the looks of it. He has competed against several top WWE Superstars throughout that time.

The Tribal Chief is no stranger to breaking records and it seems he has broken a longstanding record as well. As revealed by a Twitter user, the Tribal Chief has broken Brock Lesnar’s record as the longest-reigning Universal Champion of all time. Reigns is currently 504 days into his current title reign as well.

As of today, January 16th 2022, Roman Reigns is officially the longest reigning Universal Champion of all time at 504 days and counting. He has officially shattered Brock Lesnar’s 503 day record, which was set in 2018. #RomanReigns#UniversalChampion

The company is currently building up a feud between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, where a title change could take place as well. We will have to see whether Seth Rollins will end up beating Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship or not.
