After the much awaited return of Carrie Bradshaw, Sarah Jessica Parker is “livid” amid allegations of sexual against Chris Noth. A source close to her, revealed to Us Weekly, Sarah is fiercely protective of her on-screen character of Carrie Bradshaw and she cares deeply about her legacy. She hates the fact Noth has put everyone associated with the show in this position.
The source further added, the 56-year old “feels like there has been two deaths,” referring to Noth’s Mr. Big dying in the And Just Like That premiere.” Following, the Sex and The City’s revival’s debut earlier this month several women came forward to accuse Noth of sexual assault.
The source referring to Spider-Man’s iconic like “with great power comes great responsibility” said Parker had “no idea” about the alleged incidents and feels “blindsided” as she is still having a hard time processing what has happened. She also said, Sarah feels like she has let everyone down.
Noth has vehemently denied all allegations against him. He hit back hard at the accusers saying he “did not cross” the line with the first two alleged victims. They alleged victims were identified as Zoe and Lily in the outlet’s initial report.
Noth has also faced backlash in other forms as he was fired from NBC’s hit show “The Equalizer” and also dropped from a Peloton commercial based on his on-screen role of Mr. Big. Additionally, his marriage with Tara Wilson is also in ruins after allegations against him came to light.
