Nate Diaz & Chris Avila Nearly Throw Down At Pre Fight Event

MMA can be a serious thing and Chris Avila and Nate Diaz have some real heat between them. Thankfully, they also had plenty of people to keep them from really tearing each other apart.

Nate Diaz, UFC fighter Nick Maximov, Chris Avila and the 209 crew almost threw down with Bellator’s A.J. McKee, Anthony Taylor, and their guys on Friday. The video is pretty insane as well.

The 28-year-old Avila is fighting 32-year-old Taylor Saturday night in Tampa. They will be fighting before Jake and Tyron square up for a second time.

During the press conference on Thursday, Taylor made fun of Avila for the way he talks, saying he was trying to imitate the Diaz bros. Nate Diaz has just had his UFC contract extended and there is also a possibility of him fighting Dustin Poirier. Their fight will settle the score.

As you can see by the video, there was pushing and shoving but it doesn’t appear any punches were thrown, and nobody was hurt. The scuffle made it clear that the guys don’t like each other.
