The Washington Wizards faced off the Detroit Pistons during Wednesday’s game. While the Wizards emerged victorious, their forward, Kyle Kuzma ended up taking an L, on account of making a bad decision.

It seems that at some point in the game, Kuzma lost his cool at a fan. In that moment, Kuzma decided the best course of action was to give the middle finger to said fan.

Shams Charania tweeted out, “Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma has been fined $15,000 for directing middle finger toward a fan in Detroit.”

While it is common for passions to run high during a game, apparently not everyone seems to agree. The NBA, in particular, did not seem to appreciate Kuzma’s hot-headed behavior.

As a result, the Wizards have been fined $15K, not an unreasonable amount, but enough of a reason for Kuzma to retain his cool in the future. Check out Shams Charania’s tweet about the incident.
