T-Boz, member of the influential R&B group TLC, found herself in hot water with fans after alleged social media posts that threw shade at Nicki Minaj. The verified Instagram account of T-Boz shared a post that said “Poor Nicki Minaj” followed by a series of laughing emojis. The message was originally intended to go to a pop culture blog, but it was picked up by the social media-obsessed public.

Fans immediately thought that T-Boz was attacking Nicki. They took to social media to defend Minaj and to attack T-Boz. Fans criticized her for being an out-of-touch relic of the 1990’s.

T-Boz later responded to the comment. She said she was hacked. The “No Scrubs” singer claims she was on a Zoom call at the time the comment was posted.

“MY ACOUNT WAS HACKED IM ON A ZOOM CALL/MEETING SO I DONT KNOW WHAT WAS SAID OR WHATS HAPPENING YET BUT I SAID NOTHING ABOUT @nickiminaj AT ALL”

T-Boz followed up with a post on her Instagram account further explaining her side of the story. She said she has no problem with Nicki Minaj. She also said she’s unlikely to comment on any gossip blogs.

“Hey guys my account has been hacked and I never made that comment about Nicki Minaj I have no problem and never have had a problem with her at all that’s not like me to even comment on a blog and be messy so all the blogs and unnecessary comments can stop thank you. – Tboz”

Fans weren’t so quick to accept the explanation. They continued to drag T-Boz on social media. Whether she was hacked or not, she’s learning all about the untold wrath of scorned Nicki Minaj fans.
