Cardi B Drops Over $5 Million On New Home

Cardi B shared via Instagram that she bought a home in New York City. To celebrate, she posted a photo of herself standing in the foyer with her arms in the air. That new home didn’t come cheap at all.

In the foyer of the WAP rapper’s new home, two parallel staircases lead to the second floor. Black staircase railings and doors pop against the white walls and pale wood floors. The photo gave a glimpse into the new home, which is still empty.

According to The New York Post, Cardi B spent $5.85 million on her new New York home. The home is actually located in New Jersey. Rumors are that Cardi is spending more than $1 million on improvements.

The Bronx native will now be approximately a 25-minute drive to Washington Heights. Cardi said that she and her husband Offset have always wanted to have a home in New York City. The couple also owns homes in Los Angeles and Atlanta.

“Now having a home in NY, I can have get togethers with my family all the time!!” she concluded. “I have accomplished so many things yet I still feel far from all the goals I want to accomplish. This is one dream I can cross off…..Let me know if ya’ll want a mini tour!”

Cardi put a caption under her post stating “These days I don’t just live one place, I’m everywhere due to my work,” she explained. “One thing for sure I needed a home in my home city of NY! I’m soo proud of myself. I work so hard for my children to be comfortable everywhere they are regardless of work. I and my husband have always dreamed of having a crib in NY, and we have decided to add to our portfolio of homes, along with Atlanta and LA. Now having a home in NY, I can have get togethers with my family all the time!! I have accomplished so many things yet I still feel far from all the goals I want to accomplish. This is one dream I can cross off…..Let me know if ya’ll want a mini tour!”

The home reportedly has a movie theatre, a wine cellar, a gym, a powder room, a tennis court, and more. It will be quite a nice place for her to rest and relax as her mounting career continues.
